WOW! This has to be the easiest gym to get into to exercise and use the newest infrared saunas. (They work fantastic by the way). I can get in 24/7 for a half hour workout with no waiting. Joining HEAT-SHOCK Fitness was the best decision. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Studio is clean and totally brand new it’s like driving a new car. You can park right up to the gym-easy in and out-get a work out in-30 minutes- go on your way. The benefits of the infrared for me is my skin is so much clearer and my sleep is so good I don’t wake up during the night anymore. I highly recommend HEATSHOCK.

I’ve been workingout for over 30 years and never have ever experienced a workout like this. I’ve been telling all of my friends about this place. I have one neighbor who joined and is just as addicted as me and he’s down 20 pounds in 6 weeks. Everybody is asking how do he do it. I can’t recommend this place enough.  

This place is amazing! Really excellent staff and the gym is exactly what we wanted! Short workouts in a infrared sauna! Nothing like it! My joints are already feeling better and I have lost inches! Have great energy and sleep better!

Excellent staff, excellent equipment, excellent environment. Whether it's working out, calmly decompressing, or a long term solution to the many years of wear and tear on my body from skateboarding, this is where I'd go. Gyms have always been an intimidating and anxiety fueled experience for me, but not here. Comfy and cozy right from the get go. Definitely worth my thirty minute drive and the cost isn't bad at all! Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone one I know, especially my friends who still compete. Google should really let me give it 10 stars but I guess 5/5 will do for now.
