HeatShock Homer Glen, IL was opened by Gerad Cassello, Alexis Munaco & Tracy Padgett in 2022.  Gerad and Alexis have been co-workers and friends cut from the same cloth with a similar background.  And Tracy is Gerad’s sister and was one of Gerad’s first personal training clients.

The team wanted to create an all-inclusive community, looking to improve overall health and wellness in the most efficient space possible. 

Using Gerad and Alexis’s combined 40 years of experience in the fitness industry, and Tracy’s business background and shared values, they created a space that goes beyond a sweaty workout - it offers real-time results in less time, customized to your needs. One side of the gym is laid out with functional cardio and strength equipment, while the other side includes saunas for trainer-led workouts.
