Between 120-125 degrees fahrenheit is the sweet spot when HSPs start releasing inside the infrared sauna.
Everyday sauna use is actually more beneficial. 3-4 times throughout the week for 15-30 minutes allows for consistent results.

Make sure to hydrate before, during, and after sauna use and try to avoid alcohol close to that time.
The most beneficial times to use the sauna is first thing in the morning to put positive stress on the body or before bedtime for relaxation and a good night's sleep.
