We know some of you hate to sweat and can't imagine choosing to workout in a room that gets hotter but sweating is our bodies natural way of staying healthy.
sweating can increase endorphins
it can flush the body of alcohol, cholesterol, salt, etc.
sweating out salt reduces your risks of getting kidney stones
prevents illnesses or the common cold
As always make sure to be properly hydrated before using a sauna and make sure to hydrate after you use a sauna!
